Happy Monday, everyone! I can't believe it's June, really I can't believe it. I wanted to share with you all one of my favorite trends for late spring/summer. Of course bright colors are popular for summer but I'm really loving pastels at the moment. I'm seeing them everywhere! They also aren't your boring pastels, they are vibrant in their one way. My first pastel purchase of the season were these Banana Republic heels that I'm obsessed with. I actually purchased them before they became a BR Pick. Now I used to work at BR back in the day and if I remember correctly, they tend to track which items become popular and then making them BR Picks which then prevents the item from ever going on sale. It's smart marketing but it sucks for shopping. Anyway, I love them and the pastel purple is this bright enough to add a fun pop to any outfit.
I'm also currently loving this ASOS pastel blue blazer. On this particular day I paired it with ripped jeans but I've also worn it with white jeans/pants and I love the bright white against the pale blue. It's such a pretty combo!
